    Which Melbourne suburbs does Chilly's cover?
    Chilly's runs weekly routes through 60+ suburbs across six Melbourne councils: Glen Eira, Bayside, Port Phillip, Stonnington, Monash and Kingston, from Caulfield, Brighton and St Kilda to Toorak, Glen Waverley and Mentone. We regularly travel further for the right dogs too. Type your suburb into the checker above for an instant answer.
    Do you charge a travel fee?
    Not within our weekly routes: door-to-door pick-up and drop-off are included. If you're just outside them (for example Carlton), a small travel fee may apply, and we'll confirm the exact amount with you at your free meet & greet before anything is booked.
    How far from the council boundary do you travel?
    We cover each of our six councils in full, plus bordering streets. If you're just over the line, ask: if our routes pass you, we'll include you, sometimes with a small travel fee.
    My suburb isn't listed. Can you still come?
    Often, yes. We regularly take on dogs beyond our six councils when the fit is right. Tell us your suburb and a little about your dog and we'll let you know straight away, including any travel fee.

    On the walk

    Do you pick up and drop off my dog?
    Yes. Pick-up and drop-off at your door are included on our weekly routes. With your permission we hold a copy of your keys or use your building access, so your dog can be collected while you're at work.
    Are walks off-leash or on-leash?
    Both, depending on your dog and local rules. We follow each council's off-leash map, keep dogs on-lead within 20 m of playgrounds, BBQ areas, sports facilities and events, and only allow off-lead time with your written OK and reliable recall.
    How big are your walking groups?
    Small: typically 3 to 5 dogs, and never more than 6 per walker, matched by size, energy and temperament. Solo walks are available for dogs who are happier on their own.

    Do you do free meet & greets?
    Yes. Every new client gets a free meet & greet at home to make sure we're the right fit, sort out keys and access, and learn your dog's routine before the first walk.
