  2. Toilet break for dogs (or litter check for cats) plus a calm reset so they feel settled.

  3. Fresh water top-up, feeding as instructed, and any simple routine notes you’ve shared (gates, alarms, bowls).

  4. Light play or sniff games (or cuddles), then we help them settle back into a calm home vibe.

  5. You’ll receive a message and photo with a quick summary of how the visit went.

What's included in a pet home visit?

How long is a home visit?
Visits are 45 or 60 minutes. We'll recommend the right length after your meet & greet, based on what your dog or cat needs.
How much does a home visit cost?
$70 for a 45-minute visit or $80 for 60 minutes. Recurring weekly visits are the most common, and we confirm everything at your free meet & greet.
Do you offer dog home visits and cat home visits?
Yes, we do both. Dog visits often include a toilet break and reset. Cat visits focus on feeding, fresh water, a litter check if needed, and a calm approach for shy cats.
Can you feed my pet during the visit?
Absolutely. Leave clear instructions (amount, location, any do's and don'ts) and we'll follow your routine exactly.

Can you do visits while I'm at work?
Yes. Most clients book visits for workdays to break up long stretches alone and keep their pet calm and comfortable.
How do you access my home?
We'll agree on the safest method during your meet & greet (lockbox, key handover, concierge and so on) and follow your access instructions closely every visit.
My cat is shy. Will you still be able to do the visit?
Yes. Many cats prefer minimal interaction. We'll keep things calm, focus on the essentials, and follow their lead if they want attention.
Is a home visit instead of a walk?
Sometimes. Home visits are perfect when your pet needs a check-in, not a full exercise session. Many clients mix visits with walks or adventure days.

Can I book recurring weekly visits?
Yes, recurring schedules are the most common. We cap weekly spots so timings stay reliable, so it's best to enquire early.
What do I need to provide before the first visit?
A quick meet & greet, your routine notes (feeding, access, gates), and anything your pet needs on hand (food, treats, harness, litter supplies if relevant).
