    Getting started

    How do I get started with Chilly's?
    Send us a quick enquiry, call 0430 921 951 or DM us on Instagram, and tell us about your dog and your suburb. We'll confirm we can come to you, book a free meet & greet at your home, then set up a regular plan around your dog and your week. Most families have their first walk or adventure booked within days.
    What happens at the free meet & greet?
    Every new Chilly's client gets a free, no-obligation meet & greet at home. We meet you and your dog, learn their routine, quirks and any red flags, sort out keys or building access, and answer all your questions. It's also your chance to decide if we're the right fit before anything is booked.

    Pricing & areas

    How much does dog walking and dog daycare cost?
    Solo dog walks start from $70 and Adventure Daycare starts from $79 for a 2 to 3 hour outdoor adventure, all inclusive of door-to-door pick-up, drop-off and photo updates. Pet and puppy home visits are $70 for 45 minutes or $80 for 60 minutes. Regular weekly bookings get better value than casual one-offs, and a small travel fee may apply outside our weekly routes.
    Which Melbourne suburbs do you cover?
    Chilly's runs weekly routes through 60+ suburbs across six Melbourne councils: Glen Eira, Bayside, Port Phillip, Stonnington, Monash and Kingston, including Caulfield, Brighton, St Kilda, Toorak, Glen Waverley and Mentone. We regularly travel further too, for example to Carlton, where a small travel fee may apply. Use the suburb checker above to see your answer instantly.
    Are there lock-in contracts or cancellation fees?
    No. Chilly's has no lock-in contracts, so you can change or stop your plan any time. We just ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or change a booking; cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged.

    Walks & adventures

    What is Adventure Daycare?
    Adventure Daycare is a 2 to 3 hour outdoor adventure with one trusted carer and a small, matched pack. We collect your dog from your door and head to real parks, beaches, trails and privately hired fields, never a concrete pen, then bring them home happy and properly tired, with photos sent to your phone.
    How many dogs are in a group?
    We keep groups small: a maximum of 6 dogs per walker. Dogs are matched by temperament, size and energy rather than squeezed in to fill spots, and larger adventures run on privately hired fields so every dog has space to move. Dogs who are better on their own get solo walks instead.
    Will I get updates and photos?
    Yes. You'll get photos and a short written update after every walk and adventure, usually within an hour of drop-off, so you can see where your dog went and how they went.

    Care & safety

    Are your walkers insured and police-checked?
    Yes. Every Chilly's walker is police-checked and fully insured, with public liability and pet care insurance, and our team is trained in canine first aid with a first aid kit on every walk. We're happy to show you the paperwork at your meet & greet.
    Can you walk anxious, reactive, puppy or senior dogs?
    Yes. Chilly's regularly cares for anxious and reactive dogs (usually on solo walks), puppies (short, positive, age-appropriate outings) and seniors or dogs with medical needs (gentler pace, more rest). We'll talk through your dog's triggers and vet advice first, and if a specialist trainer would help, we'll tell you honestly.
    Will my dog have the same walker every time?
    That's the goal. We keep your dog with the same regular walker so they build trust and routine. If your walker is ever away, a fully briefed backup steps in and we'll tell you exactly who's coming.
    Do you walk dogs off-lead?
    Only when it's safe and you've agreed in writing. Chilly's walks dogs on-lead by default, with off-lead time only in secure or designated off-leash areas, such as our privately hired fields, for dogs with reliable recall.
