Solo walks are $70 for 45 minutes or $80 for 60 minutes. Adventure walks are $79 for a 2 to 3 hour outing door to door (van ride included), and pet and puppy home visits are $70 to $80. Every price includes door-to-door pick-up, drop-off and a photo update. A second dog from the same home is 50% off, and weekend walks have a $20 surcharge.

Solo walks are one-on-one, 45 or 60 minutes, at your dog's own pace: ideal for puppies, nervous or reactive dogs and seniors. Adventure walks are 2 to 3 hour outings door to door, including the van ride, to beaches, parks, trails and privately hired fields in a small pack matched by energy, made for social, high-energy dogs.

Small groups: typically 3 to 5 dogs, and never more than 6 per walker. We match dogs by size, energy and temperament so the pack stays calm and safe, and dogs who are happier on their own get solo walks.

Yes. Door-to-door pick-up and drop-off are included on our weekly routes across six Melbourne councils. If you're just outside them, a small travel fee may apply and we'll confirm it at your free meet & greet.

No. Once we've agreed on access at your meet & greet (a spare key, lockbox or building access), we collect and return your dog while you're at work, and send you an update after the walk.

Yes. You'll get photos and a short written update after every walk, usually within an hour of drop-off, so you can see where your dog went and how they went.

Only when it's safe and you've agreed in writing. We walk dogs on-lead by default, with off-lead time only in secure or designated off-leash areas for dogs with reliable recall.

Light rain is fine and most dogs love it. In storms or extreme heat we adjust: shorter, shaded or cooler-time walks, or we reschedule, and we always keep you updated.

Yes. We start with a free meet & greet, then usually recommend solo walks for nervous or reactive dogs, short positive outings for puppies, and a gentler pace with more rest for seniors. Calm handling and building confidence come first.

Yes. Every Chilly's walker is police-checked and fully insured, and we carry a first aid kit on every walk. We're happy to show you the paperwork at your meet & greet.
